    Ethics is defined as the science of morals, the branch of philosophy that deals with human character and conduct. Work ethics has to do with morals as well as human character and conduct in the workplace. For any organisation to succeed it has to impart ethical standards of conduct in employees more so when the organisation is large in size, when it is difficult to monitor the work of employees or when the majority of employees are young persons with limited previous work experience or have previously worked in industries or sectors where morals and ethics were not considered important. These training workshops aim at impart an understanding of ethical behaviour in employees and facilitate the employee’s evolution of thought in ethical ways to elicit ethical conduct.
