    OND (Minimum of Upper Credit) preferably in Business Administration or any other related discipline. A good university degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or any other related discipline would be an added advantage. At least one year’s relevant experience in customer relationship management or front desk operations is necessary.
  • Summary
    Reporting to the Head of Operations, will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by reception management, answering telephone calls, attending to clients enquiries including verification status of certificates and provision of statements of account. Will also be responsible for marketing the company’s products and handling incoming and outgoing correspondences as well as filing of same.
  • The Person
    Must be in excellent health. At least 25 years of age. Must have integrity and character. Must be an energetic workaholic, able to deliver very high results under pressure, self driven and motivated, with very strong initiative, a very high level of energy and ability to energize others. Above all must have a service orientation.
  • Skills & Attributes
    Excellent interpersonal skills, Organized and thorough, Computer literacy, Numerate, Excellent communication skills (written and oral), Good reasoning and logical aptitude. Good manners.
